However, TU should ask some questions, like how man HIGH DOLLAR CONSULTANT INSPECTORS are still on the projects during this slow time. They get to stay in the field, while the cheap help gets sent to the office. Put the cheaper qualified help in the pasture and leave the high dollar ones on the job, only in NY……
